The TripleS team (the "Team") provides the routine and habit tracker service "Rougether" (the "Service"). The Team complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information as follows.
| When | Items | How |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-up (social login) | Social account identifier (Kakao, Google, Apple), email address (only if you agree to share it), nickname | Collected through the social login provider |
| While using the Service | Routine and to-do records, house (group) membership, guestbook and cheer records, house chat messages (text, sent time, read position), room decoration and character data, bug report text and screenshots (if you write or attach them) | Created by you within the Service |
| Photo furniture creation (optional) | One photo you choose, the generated furniture image, and the generation and review status and result | Sent only when you pick a photo and request it in furniture creation. The original photo is deleted within 24 hours of the request (immediately on account deletion); only the finished furniture image is kept |
| Furniture market (optional) | Issuance details (furniture, edition size), orders (buy/sell side, price, quantity, status, placed and expiry times), trade records, and coin balance changes. The image and name of issued furniture and the creator's nickname are visible to all members | Generated by the server when you issue furniture or place an order in the market |
| Reports and blocks (optional) | Type and identifier of the content you report, report reason and details, handling result, and the members you block | Stored when you report content or block another member |
| Mini-games (optional) | Member identifier, game type and rules version, game session information, play duration and control inputs (jumps, direction moves), score, personal best, time achieved, rank, verification digest | Sent by the app or generated by the server when you play |
| Bug report diagnostics (optional) | In-app screen navigation from up to 10 minutes (at most 50 entries) before the report, server request paths (with identifiers removed), results (status codes) and durations, switches between foreground and background, and an error tracking identifier | Sent together with the report only when you turn on "Attach diagnostics" on the bug report screen |
| Device calendar import (optional) | Title and date of the events you choose to import, and a source identifier used to avoid duplicates | Stored only when you grant calendar access and pick the items to import from the list |
| Automatically | Device information (OS type and version, app version), push notification token, service usage and access logs (including the time you last actually opened the app), in-app behavior (screen views, feature usage events — collected via analytics tools), error and crash reports | Generated and collected automatically while you use the Service |
Photo library access is used only to attach a screenshot to a bug report, and the "add photos" permission only to save an image of your room to your device's photo album. Room images are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
Calendar access is used read-only. The Service never writes, edits, or deletes events in your calendar, and it does not sync your entire calendar.
To show the "You already have a similar routine or to-do" hint on the import screen, the titles and dates of events in the next 30 days (up to 200) are sent to the server and compared with your existing routines and to-dos. The event data used for this comparison is not stored; only the result is shown on screen. What is actually saved is the title and date of the events you pick from the list, plus a source identifier so the same event is not imported twice. Once imported, an event becomes a to-do inside the Service and is not updated automatically when the original calendar event changes.
Declining a permission does not limit your use of the Service beyond that specific feature.
For the cat expression and welcome-back notification features, the Service records (in server time) when you actually open or use the app after signing in, and stores your last visit time together with the notification stage and notification identifier for that period of inactivity. Background fetches, token refreshes, and receiving push notifications do not update the visit time. These records are deleted when you delete your account.
Bug report diagnostics are kept only in your device's memory until you send a report; they are not written to device storage and disappear when you close the app or sign out. They do not include what you typed, request bodies, authentication data, or request details such as search terms. If you turn off "Attach diagnostics", nothing is sent, and bug reporting still works. Diagnostics you send are stored as part of the bug report and deleted together when you delete your account.
Mini-games send play duration and control inputs (jump timing, movement direction, etc.) to the server to verify the score. The raw list of control inputs is not stored. The server keeps your member identifier, the game type and rules version, session information (identifier, random seed, start, expiry, and end times), play duration, a verification digest, the score, personal best, time achieved, and the personal best and rank at the time of completion so the same result can be shown again. Game records are deleted when you delete your account.
Your personal information is destroyed without delay when you delete your account. Where applicable law requires retention, we keep the information for the period set by that law.
The Team does not provide your personal information to third parties, except where you have given prior consent or where required by law.
If you play a mini-game and record a result, your current nickname, in-service member identifier, and your per-game best score and rank are visible to other signed-in members. Email addresses, social login identifiers, and control input lists are not included in rankings. Deleted accounts and operator bots are excluded from rankings.
